Its intensity is restrained yet it’s impact is broad across the palate. There is a unique balance of “flavor colors”, as many of the “lighter notes” of bread, wood and nuts are presented in a “darker” expression – as roasted or toasted versions of the that flavor. The lighter flavors are also countered with a touch of the savory notes of Nicaragua, such as earth, spice and espresso.
