Age Verification

ClubHumidor.com uses AgeChecker.net to verify the legal age of adults for all orders. Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age to place and receive orders from clubhumidor.com. On your initial order or orders over a specific amounts, you will be asked for a copy of your valid government issued ID to verify your age and your shipping address must match your billing address.

Shipping Policy

Club Humidor is the operator of https://clubhumidor.com. By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below.
These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund. If items are required to be transferred from our other locations, shipping may be delayed 1-2 days. Orders suspect of fraud or underage sales will be immediately cancelled.

All orders ship via UPS Ground Services to physical addresses and will require an ADULT SIGNATURE. Because of this we are unable to ship to post office boxes.

1.2 Certain products not available online

clubhumidor.com does not sell or ship cigarettes, RYO. MYO, loose cigarette tobacco, smokeless tobacco or little cigars though this site. Certain regulated non-tobacco products are also not provided to anyone under the age of 21. Additionally, lighters are not shipped with butane. 

1.3 First Time Orders

Modern technology will be used to verify a purchaser’s age  and identity for any order placed on this site. All FIRST TIME orders MUST use the SAME SHIPPING and BILLING address. Orders placed for shipment to an address that doesn’t match the billing address (after the first order verification) may be required to wait 14 days.

1.4 Restricted Shipping

Please be advised that laws regarding tobacco shipments to certain US States change often. clubhumidor.com may not be able to ship to your state for a variety of reasons. If this happens to be the case, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled.

California

Lampe Berger lamps, fragrance refills and reed diffusers cannot be shipped to California. Orders intended to be shipped to California will be cancelled. 

All other states may ship by UPS Ground only. Hazmat fees may apply.

Delaware
We do not ship tobacco products to Delaware.

South Dakota 

We do not ship tobacco products to South Dakota.

Vermont, Utah, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Montana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Kansas, Colorado, Maine, Florida, Iowa and Delaware

We do not ship tobacco products to the states shown above at this time. 

Washington
Bulk tobacco cannot be shipped to Washington State.

US Territories

1.5 Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico & Rural Areas

• Due to recent state law changes we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & Maryland. 

1.6 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Shipping costs are calculated using UPS real-time rates. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Free Shipping is not available to purchases from Alaska, California & Hawaii. Free Shipping is only available for online qualifying purchases.

1.8 Delivery Terms

1.9 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-7 days. Orders placed before 2PM Monday-Thursday will typically be shipped the same day if product is available.  If items are required to be transferred from our other locations, shipping may be delayed 1-2 days. Additionally, holiday orders might be delayed due to UPS schedules. If you are wanting your order in time for a specific holiday we recommend checking UPS website to determine when you should place your order on time.

1.10 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Orders placed Friday-Sunday, or on holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

1.11 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

1.12 P.O. Box Shipping

Club Humidor does not ship to P.O. box addresses.

1.13 Military Address Shipping

At this time we are unable to ship to military addresses through this site.  Please call 1-800-788-8175 to make an order by phone using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

1.14 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order or contact you to suggest an alternative.

1.15 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

1.16 Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. All orders will receive a verification email and a tracking number.

1.17 Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

1.18 Taxes *Taxes, as required by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the laws governing the purchaser’s state.

1.19 Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website cart where applicable for the state of Texas.  Customers receiving goods outside of Texas are responsible for complying with any and all tax laws within their own state.

1.20 Tobacco Tax

Customers are required to follow the taxing authorities concerning reporting and payment of tobacco tax within their own state. Tobacco tax for items shipped within Texas are the responsibility and will be paid by Club Humidor. 

1.21 Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

1.22 Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier. Additional insurance charges may be required for higher valued items or shipments.

1.23 Returned Shipments

* Please Note, UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your shipment. After 3 attempts, the shipment will return to Club Humidor. If you decide you would like us to re-ship your product, you will be responsible for addition shipping charges to resend your shipment. Also, note, due to UPS rates, the new shipping charge may or not be the same as the initial shipping charge.

 

Return Policy

1. Return Due To Change Of Mind

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you encounter a reason to seek a refund or replacement within 3 days of purchase, please call 800-788-8175 to process your return or refund. Orders placed through clubhumidor.com may qualify for replacement or refund provided that the merchandise is returned to Club Humidor with all original packaging and promotional items intact less shipping charges. .Return shipping for all items will be at the expense of the purchaser (shipments over $100 must be insured by the carrier) and should be returned to:

• Any earned VIP Reward Points will be deducted for any refunds and/or the difference taken from lower price replacements.
• Consumed, partially consumed items or pipes that have been used are not returnable or refunded.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all non-tobacco items. For assistance in utilizing a manufacture’s warranty policy, please return your item(s) to the address above

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Club Humidor) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

1.2 Warranty Returns

Club Humidor will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Certain products such as lighters, cutters and pipes carry a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer.  In such cases Club Humidor will refer the manufacturer’s warranty.  All XIKAR brand products must be sent through www.Xikar.com.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claims, you can expect Club Humidor to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Virtual Gift Card Policy

Please Note: Virtual Gift Cards are temporally unavailable to purchase on our website. If you have a “current” Virtual Gift Card, you can still redeem it on the website. If you are interested in purchasing a gift card, give us a call at 210-824-1209 and any of our associates can assist you with your gift card needs. Thank you.

Virtual Gift Card Ordering

If you purchase a virtual gift card(s) along with other items, the gift card is non-taxable. Electronic gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient.

Refunds, Order Cancellations or Modifications

Any refunds, order cancellations or modifications to an order resulting in an adjustment of the amount due to Club Humidor will be applied to the original gift card within 1 business day.

Using your Virtual Gift Card

Virtual Gift cards are redeemable only on-line and cannot be used for in-store purchases. In addition, virtual gift cards cannot be used to purchase online event tickets. This would include Virtual Events, In-Store Events and/or any events Club Humidor is presenting online. To use your card on-line, simply add items to your cart and when you are ready to check-out you will be given the option to use your virtual gift card.

Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.

Gift Card Balance

To obtain a gift card balance on-line, click on the “Apply Your Gift Card Code” link in the email you received from your loved one and navigate to your Account Page to view any gift cards you may have available.

Expiration

Club Humidor Virtual Gift Cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.

Lost Your Virtual Gift Card Number?

If you lost your Virtual Gift Card number please contact us at 210-824-1209 or email us your request with your full name at info@clubhumidor.com and we will assist you in recovery.

General Terms of Agreement

1. Consent of legal age

When ordering from clubhumidor.com you consent that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products and acknowledge that a third party resource will be used to verify your age, address and identification. If your age cannot be verified, at the time of your order, you will be contacted by our shipping department. If you cannot be reached your order will be cancelled. Failure to promptly reply to verification requests may result in loss of specialty or hard-to-get items.

2. Prices Rewards and VIP Discounts

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

3. Rewards and VIP Discounts

Club Humidor VIP Discounts and Loyalty Rewards are not available for online purchases at this time.  Club Humidor Loyalty Rewards will not automatically be included with your online purchase nor will additional VIP Discounts apply. 

4. Right to edit this agreement

Club Humidor reserves the right to edit, change, add or delete terms of this agreement at anytime with, or without notice.

5. Charges to card

All charges will be made to your credit card at the time of order unless a deposit is required for special order items. Our site processes: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Debit cards. We utilize address verification services (AVS) to verify the address and zip code on all purchases to verify the card holder’s information. If there is a discrepancy you will be notified for correction. If your information can’t be corrected or you fail to provide authentication your order may be cancelled without notice.
